Diamond Sintering & Continous Casting

We produce graphite molds for extrusion which are used for manufacturing non-ferrous metal, precious metal and grey iron semi-finished product manufacturing. Our casting product range includes crucibles and plugs for holding furnaces. We have designed graphite crucibles with wire or band molds for precious metal extrusion.

Schunk supplies complete molds for pressure sintering for the production of diamond and hard metal segments, along with molds for manufacturing cutting ceramics. The range of products also includes electrodes for resistance-heated presses and inserts for inductive-heated presses.
